Massage Therapy Services


Swedish Massage:  Light to moderate pressure is used to relieve tension and stress, improve muscle tone as well as stimulate circulation. ($75 for an hour/ $40 for a half hour)

Deep Tissue Massage:  Moderate to deep pressure is used to reach the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.  This massage will rid the body of chronic tightness, tension and pain.  ($105 for an hour and fifteen minutes)

Sports Massage:  This massage uses a variety of techniques including friction, stretching, compressions, deep work and work around the joints.  This massage is good for people with injuries, chronic pain, or restricted range of motion. ($90 for an hour/ $50 for a half hour)

Hot Stone Massage:  This massage integrates heated ocean stones throughout the massage to allow heat to penetrate deeper muscle layers, relaxing chronic pain and tightness, reducing stress as well as promoting deep relaxation. ($120 for a hour and a half)

Cranial Sacral Therapy:  Very light touch is used to release restrictions in the soft tissue connecting to the central nervous system. ($70 for an hour)

Reflexology:  This is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the feet.  The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are “reflex” areas on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.  It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet and encourages overall healing.  ($60 for 50 minutes)

Pre-Natal Massage:  Light to moderate pressure is used during the massage, which focuses on areas of discomfort usually associated with pregnancy. ($70 for 50 minutes)

Ashiatsu Massage:  This luxurious barefoot massage technique uses deep compression gliding strokes from the therapist’s feet to release tension and adhesions from the body.   It is deeper than a Deep Tissue Massage but because of the broad strokes it will not hurt or feel “pokey.”  This massage is great for athletes or anyone who craves really deep pressure.   It is a western, modern version of an ancient form of bodywork, with roots dating back thousand of years from cultures across Asia, India, Africa, and the Pacific Rim.

Fibromyalgia Massage: Gentle pressure is used as well as hot stones on tender points to relieve stiffness and to induce relaxation.  ($80 for an hour/ $50 for a half hour)

Raindrop Therapy: This is a powerful, non-invasive tool known for assisting the body in correcting defects in the curvature of the spine by utilizing essential oils.  Raindrop therapy mixes these oils with a variety of massage techniques including back massage, vita flex massage and heat application.  This treatment is designed to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment.  ($80 for an hour)

Signature Massage:  Ultimate relaxation experience! Your session starts with a guided meditation followed by heated packs and an aromatherapy oil massage. ($110 for an hour and fifteen minutes)

Couples Massage:  Share the same room with someone during your service.  Choose either a Swedish ($170 for an hour) or a Deep Tissue Session ($180 for an hour)

Eastern Medicine Cupping Therapy:  Release connective tissue and muscle using this suction technique to ease pain, promote relaxation as well as detoxify the body. (Add on to any massage for $15 for an extra fifteen minutes of cupping)
